3M Breathe Easy PAPR Systems

The 3M Breathe Easy Powered Air Respirator (PAPR for short) are excellent for the avatement, nuclear utilities, Smelting, Lead & Asbestos Reclaimation, Pharaceutical, Foundry, Steel & Welding and other industries where breathing protection & filtration is required. Useful for 8 hours, the Breathe Easy system comes with a variety of headwear that will fit most applications.

3M Breathe Easy PAPR Systems

The 3M Breathe Easy powered respirators are a NIOSH-approved Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system. A complete 3M Breathe Easy powered respirator includes a blower/filtration unit, appropriate respirator headgear assembly, breathing tube, battery and appropriate filter/cartridge/cansiter. Do not use powered respirators for environments that are oxygen deficient.

For Intrisically Safe requirements make sure to use the BP-17IS battery system. This rating designates the product as safe for us (UL tested) in the following Division I locations: Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E,F,G; and Class III. Temperature Code "T3"
