3M has been a leader in particulate respirators since 1972. Today, 3M manufactures an extensive collection of particulate respirator masks for a variety of uses, including woodworking, painting, welding and healthcare operations where self-contained breathing apparatuses and supplied air respirators aren’t necessary.

At Enviro Safety Products, we’re proud to offer a full suite of 3M particulate respirators for several applications – and all at affordable prices. All the particulate respirators in our catalog are in line with the standards set forth in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s 29 CFR 1910.134 when used properly.

OSHA requires employers to create, implement and enforce respiratory protection plans. In addition, employers must supply particulate respirators when the workplace presents inherent hazards that require them. That’s why you’ll find a huge selection of 3M OSHA-compliant particulate respirators in Enviro Safety Products’ online catalog.

3M Particulate Respirator Masks

3M particulate respirator masks feature patented Cool Flow Exhalation Valves, which allow wearers to exhale easily and enjoy cool, dry air intake. Adjustable buckle straps allow users to customize the mask’s fit without compromising safety. Each particulate respirator listed here has an easily adjustable M-nose clip that spreads grip pressure over a larger surface area, preventing discomfort and promoting a more secure fit.

Our comprehensive selection of particulate respirator masks contains several 3M products, including:

N95 particulate respirators (3M 8210; 3M 8211; 3M 8511; 3M 9210; 3M 9211) : N95 masks are required to prevent more than 95 percent of airborne contaminants from entering a user’s airway. Masks with an “N" designation offer protection against solid and non-oil-based particles. Each 3M N95 particulate respirator in our catalog is approved by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.

R95 particulate respirators (3M 8240; 3M 8246; 3M 8247) : R95 particulate respirator masks must be at least 95 percent efficient against airborne contaminants in laboratory tests. R95 masks are somewhat resistant to oil-based particles. All the R95 particulate respirator masks in Enviro Safety Products’ inventory are NIOSH-approved.

P95 particulate respirators (3M 8271; 3M 8576; 3M 8577) : P95 particulate respirator masks are required to filter at least 95 percent of airborne contaminant particles during lab tests. P95 masks are strongly resistant to oil, and each one in our catalog has been approved by NIOSH.

3M 8233 N100 respirators and 3M 8293 P100 respirators: N100 masks are at least 99.97 percent efficient against airborne contaminants. However, they are not resistant to oils. P100 particulate masks are required to filter at least 99.97 percent of airborne contaminants and are considered strongly resistant to oil. Each N100 and P100 particulate respirator mask in our catalog is NIOSH-approved.

Important Safety Considerations

All 3M particulate respirators are NIOSH-approved, but in order to get the maximum protection available, you must identify the right equipment. In order to identify the correct mask for your workplace, answer the following questions:

  • What contaminants will your employees be exposed to, and for how long?
  • How concentrated are the contaminants in the air in your workplace? (Concentration is not permitted to exceed 10 times the PEL.)
  • Will the particulate respirator masks you’ve chosen fit your employees, and can they work in conjunction with other PPE, like safety goggles?

Once you’ve chosen the correct particulate respirator masks for your workplace, simply click “Add to Cart" and adjust your quantities.
