Wearing Carbon X undershirts along with Arc Flash Clothing increases the protection against fire. CarbonX yarns and fabrics will not burn when exposed to intense heat or flame, because the actual fibers will carbonize and then expand, eliminating any oxygen content within the fabric. Arc Flash shirts are made from a single layer of 7.7 oz interlock knit. The fabric has a TPP rating of 14.7 and an ATPV of 11 cal/cm2. Available in sizes Small-4XL.
