Worth every penny. Perfect at the range. I've finally found the best hearing protection out there. I love the ability to adjust the normal voice amplication to suit my hearing while at the same time it's suppressing any dangerous noise. |

The best comfort in electronic muffs, also the microphones can be pointed to the rear so you can hear instructors behind you, the adjustments for volume/on/off buttons will be opposite hand/ear. I wore them for 5 hrs. and was pleased with the comfort of gel rather than foam padding. I would highly recomend this product. |

This is an excellent product. More than a little bulky, but is excellent at deadening noise while transmitting conversation. High quality construction! Would definitely recommend for those willing to sound several times the price of other active hearing protection gear. |

I have not been to the range yet to fully appreciate these however, I did test them out at home and they are just great and most comfortable with the additional gel-filled ear mufs. The sound is great and the up or down volume is way more than I expected. Pricey! Yes. It's a gotta have thing. |

Have only used mine a couple of times so far, but these are the best electric ear muffs I've used. The only negative thing I'd say about them is that the instructions don't tell you to hold the on/off button for 10 seconds to turn them on/off. The noise blocking transition is so smooth you don't notice it. Comfortable for all day wear. Don't get the electric buzz/hum that I've had in other ear muffs. Definitely worth the money. Can't comment yet on long term durability. |

WOW! What a difference $35 makes between this model and a step down. I've been a shooter for more than 40 years and I can say without quibble, these are absolutely the most comfortable and efficient muffs I've worn to date. As far as noise canceling.....smooooth! I don't have the abrupt cut out of sound when noise canceling is activated , very smooth transition.
Service was "par excellance". As a business owner myself for the last 18 years, I appreciated notification when my order was shipped and given ways to be able to track while in transit. For safety equipment listed on your website, should I have a need again, "you da man" so to speak! Thanks for the great service and pricing. I do have one comment, when ordering a product such as this, I would have appreciated the opportunity to upgrade to full GEL pads and an MP3 cord. Because I wasn't aware of these at the time of purchase I'll have to pay freight again and be like a kid at Christmas with a toy and no batteries..LOL. ALL IN ALL, 5 plus stars. |

Peltor Tactical Pros are worth every penny. Great quality in the construction, The three buttons, (Volume up, Off, and Volume down) are instinctively laid out on the headset. There is no periods of dead quiet when gunshots break instead you hear muted gunshots at the 82 Db level. Wore them with foam plugs and the volume up and it made commmunication a breeze. I wish I'd bought some sooner! |

I have very bad hearing, and I can hear better with them on than without them, also verry little background noise. I work in a foundry that is very noisey and I love them, I also used them on the shooting range, can't wait to use them for hunting. I need to get the mp3 adaptor so I can use them when cutting the grass. |

They are great. I was told this product was on backorder but was surprised when they showed up a few days after my order. I purchased several pairs of the Peltor proTac for staff and every member agrees “Tactical Pro” is everything we wished for. i am well pleases with the overall response an action of Enviro staff and certainly please with the product. |

These things work great. I used them at the gun range and while mowing. They cut down the excessive noise while letting you hear what people are saying. I got the optional gel pads which work great. I had no problem wearing these for several hours. |

Shipment arrived quickly. Solid communication as well along the way. Would deal with you guys again. Headset works great after I figured out how to turn it on (hold power button for 4-10 seconds). Be careful hooking it up if you have the volume turned up...it doesn't protect against this. Amplification works well. I opted for the additional HY80 gel cushions and the mp3 player cord too. |

The batteries are easier to replace than they are in the Peltor Tactical 6s electronic earmuffs. Also, there's an auto shutdown power-saving feature. |

Nice head set for hearing what is going on around you while still being able to protect your hearing. Don't forget to buy the cord if you plan to use a mp3 player. I use mine to do trim carpentry, and have owned several types of headphones, these are by far the best. |

The Peltor Tactical Pro headset works great. Only complaint is that the ear seals are only partially (read hardly any) gel filled. Definitely not as nice as ear seals that are all gel. This is important as gel seals a lot better especially when wearing safety glasses. I was told I could purchase Peltor part HY80 replacement ear cups if I wanted more gel. I might try that but it adds another $35 to the price. |

I agree! I just took up shooting and the first time I wore the tactical pro I knew it was money well spent. They're comfortable to wear and they protect my hearing! But what I really love about these earmuffs is the amplified sound. I'm able to have a conversation without taking off my earmuffs. I totally recommend them :) |

Everytime I went hunting my buddy wore the tactical pro. He always told me how great they worked and how much he loved them but when he told me how much he paid I thought he was crazy. My wife ended up buying them for me for my birthday. I couldn't believe I was too cheap to buy them sooner! |
