The 7500 3M Respirators feature a soft seal design with a unique adjustment system to reduce tension and pressure points on the face for comfort. It offers the best fit and comfort available in a half facepiece respirator. The cool flow exhalation valve design makes breathing easier, reduces heat and moisture buildup in the facepiece, and provides cool dry comfort.

This 3M respirator is NIOSH approved against certain organic vapors and particulates. Use for a variety of applications including spray painting, pesticides, agriculture, construction and transportation. Can be used for spraying, brushing, or rolling oil or water based paint, primer, enamel, varnish, wood and deck stains, or refinishing with non-methylene chloride strippers.

  I also use the Survivair half mask and like this a bit better. It seems to have a better fit and is more comfortable. I never liked the 3M half masks before the 7500 . The neck clasp seem flimsy and I hope it will hold up. I think its the same as the none silicon model and that one did in fact break on the 3rd use - so 1 point deduction for that, other wise a great product.

  This 3M respirator is great!! I have used other respirators including North, Aearo, and MSA and this one is much easier to breathe through and is not as hot. I use this respirator for painting in the heat and comfort is really important to me, but I always thought 3M was overrated. Well I have changed my mind, so if you need a painting respirator this is the best available.
