The 100% polycarbonate scratch-resistant lens exceeds ANSI Z87.1-2003 High Impact Requirements and is CE EN166 Certified for work areas requiring high levels of eye protection. For those working outdoors, the Alair safety glasses block out 99% of harmful UV-A and UV-B sun rays that are damaging to your eyes. Some models come with an anti-fog coating that prevents the lenses from fogging while working in humid conditions. Pyramex glasses are used in the following industries: construction, manufacturing, agriculture and engineering and can be found in medical facilities and laboratories.
