SHIPPING POLICIES

Enviro Safety Products wants to ensure that your order arrives on time. Our standard delivery method is UPS ground. If you need it even quicker choose one of our express delivery options (Order must be placed by 4:00 pm CST). Please note that your shipping price reflects our UPS discount. We pass our savings onto you the customer. We ship all in-stock orders the same day if placed by 5:00 PM CST. You will be e-mailed a tracking number for all UPS orders. If your order is not able to ship on time, we will e-mail or call you with approximate shipping time. Please contact us if you have any other shipping questions. APO/FPO
EnviroSafetyProducts.com is responsible only for the delivery of your items from our warehouse to the U.S. military post offices. Once the items have been delivered to the U.S. military post offices, we do not have control over the shipment or delivery time to the final APO/FPO destination. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the U.S. Military Post Office. Claims can only be filed on packages that are lost or damaged before they reach the U.S. Military Post Office. There is a 45 day waiting period (from time of shipment) before any claims can be filled on packages shipped through the U.S. Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship international orders on a daily basis and can take care of your order. Place your order and select the country your order is to be shipped to. We will contact you if we have any questions or if there are any freight discrepancies. Shipments to APO's will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.

DISCLAIMER
Enviro Safety Products has taken every step possible to ensure the freight that is listed when you check out is the actual freight of your order. The web-site exchanges information directly with UPS and USPS. Do to the size and weight of some products the computer cannot accurately determine the correct freight. Due to these circumstances, Enviro Safety Products retains the right to charge actual freight costs on any order. You may contact us at any time to obtain the actual shipping cost or your order.
