Uvex Ambient OTG (over-the-glass) safety glasses are a stylish alternative to prescription safety glasses. Ambient safety glasses are designed provide superior protection when worn over prescription safety glasses. Available in two lens sizes: Medium and Large. Medium fits over most prescription styles. The large version is approximately 13% bigger and is ideal for larger prescription safety glasses.

Ambient safety glasses feature a lightweight frame with super soft, flexible nasal fingers. Adjustable and bendable temples offer complete flexibility along with a secure, custom fit. Impact resistant lenses block 99.9% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. Made in USA.

  • Lens: Gray - Offers protection from excessive glare. Commonly used in outdoor applications.
  • Lens Coating:Ultra-dura - Tough, siloxane-based coating. Offers superior scratch and chemical resistance.
  • Light Transmission: 10%
  • Frame: Blue
  • Compliance: Meets ANSI Z87+ high impact standards / CSA Z94.3 / meets military V0 ballistic test for impact.

  Some of the best-looking OTG glasses around. Temples are very straight so it is necessary to bend inward so that they will fit snugly. Initially, from reading the other reviews, thought heat was needed to bend. However, tried it without heating it and was still able to adjust.
