Our Cold Air System is a portable fresh, refrigerated air supply system which provides comfortable and safe cooled breathing air for industrial users who require an OSHA compliant fresh air supply system, with the advantages of air-conditioned air. It can maximize productivity and minimize the possibility of heat stroke, heat exhaustion, dehydration, nausea and cramps for your workers. While our Cold Air System improves the worker’s safety and comfort, it also helps reduce their frequency and duration of breaks on the job. This self-contained, low maintenance unit includes a removable, washable filter and is powder coated for a longer lasting durability. MOTOR / CONSTRUCTION: • 120V, 60 Hz • 10.5A • CFM output regulated speed control • Exterior manifold to allow for the use of multi-air lines (single/double) • Control panel that allows for AC temperature and fan speed adjustments • Powder coated finish for long lasting durability • Unit is self-contained and requires little maintenance (exception of removable, washable filter) WARNING: The PN 9825-EF Cold Air Blower must be placed in clean, Grade “D” breathable air (as specified by 29 CFR 1910). NOTE: Contributing factors to the output temperature include, but are not limited to: length of the hose, ambient temperature, and outside temperature where the hose is placed. Also, please remember that a small temperature difference of 3° to 10° F (-16.11° to -12.22° C) is very significant when the air is blowing directly onto the user’s face and into breathing passages.
