The 3M Peltor ORA TAC Tactical In-Ear Communications Headsets are a low-profile radio communications accessory headset formulated to support both face-to-face communication in addition to two-way radio communications in high noise environments. The Ora Tac In-Ear Communications Headsets are designed with an ambient microphone, in-ear microphone and an in-ear speaker. Combined with ambient (tactical) listening, lightweight Hearing Protection and the ability to communicate via Two-Way Radios in environments where loud noises may occur (radios and PTT sold separately).

    I work in a pharmaceutical lab and need to communicate with my team members. I had our department purchase these for us over a month ago, and the result has been an increase in efficiency and effectiveness of our lab work.

    The units are not inexpensive, but the increased level of communication (normal radio headsets don't fit underneath PAPR hoods/helmets) have greatly increased the quality of our work. (Posted on 12/19/2017)
