Leading the way in Law Enforcement restraints, the Smith & Wesson Model 100 M & P chain style, lever lock handcuffs offer a new patented double locking system. Featuring a finger activated double locking system, the double locks are activated in a way that they cannot be accidentally activated too easily by having the levels move away from the cuffing direction. Additionally, no extra tools or keys are necessary. Fabricated from the finest quality carbon steel, they are manufactured with heat treated internal lockworks, featuring smooth ratchets for swift cuffing and double locks to prevent tampering. These handcuffs meet NIJ STANDARD 0307.01
