It was easy to order

Item took longer than advertised to ship. Once item arrived, it was determined to be incorrect size. I have reached out to Customer Service to initiate an exchange but no one has gotten back to me.

gloves are tight considering they are an extra large. i will be sending them back.

This site is listed on the 3M website as an official distributor. Product was reasonably priced, additional shipping charge wasn't that much, it shipped extremely fast (faster than estimate) and arrived decently packaged. The packaging couldn't be waterproofed, which I would have liked, but the boxes inside were undamaged. The delivery person, who is outside the companies control, sent me a picture that did not show the delivery. The post-purchase prompting for these reviews is a bit much, however. One message asking politely is standard, but I have received several at this point, so this is me leaving a review.

Good fast service

Website was easy to navigate and order from. Turns out the size of the item I purchased was made to order not going to reach me in the initially stated timeframe and unfortunately not available until after the date I needed it by. The folks at EnviroSafetyProducts.com were very responsive, helpful and even cheerful in helping me cancel the order and getting a full refund. BEST customer service I've experienced online in a very long time if not ever. They will definitely be the first place I look next time I need a piece of safety equipment.

I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery and the product. As a woman who is dealing with two cancers ( breast and CLL) it is important for me to feel safe IF I must go out in public during Covid/flu/RSV season and these are medical n95 masks not the fake stuff or industrial masks. These goggles are something I purchase once a year for Jr. High students to use in science class. They love them and they work wonderfully.

Straightforward transactions. They have what I want and it arrives promptly every time.

After being told it was being shipped, my order was cancelled. When I emailed to ask why, I was told it was because I was overseas. This was the case, but both my billing and shipping addresses were in the US, so I don´t see why there should have been any problem.

I ordered gloves online and Envirosafety delivered the gloves.

Loved them especially working in hot environments

The product I ordered was back ordered. Gustavo Martinez contacted me personally to help me get what I needed. He called multiple suppliers to see if he could get the product in pieces instead. In the end her helped me figure out that I didnt even order the correct product for my application and got the correct one ordered for me. By far the best customer service I have ever had from an online order!

We were able to find what we needed at a reasonable price. Checkout was relatively easy as well. After ordering, we got a notification that the items we ordered were on backorder. It would've been nice to have that inventory be accurate on the website before placing the order, but I understand things happen. We were given the option to cancel, but since we needed those particular items in no huge rush, decided to keep it in place. We received one shipment of the ear protection, but I believe the remaining maintenance kits are still on backorder. I hope we receive them soon. Other than the discrepancy in inventory and the wait for the two shipments, things went well. When we need more PPE, we'll likely shop with them again.
