Welding Head, Eye & Face Protection

Welding head eye and face protection is an important aspect of ppe when welding. Safety eyewear can protect you from the energy, burns, as well as the spatter of welding and cutting. Googles for welding are also commonly used to protect the eyes. Faceshields are used when welding to protect the whole of the face not just the eyes. Welding helmets are also a way to protect your head eye and face when welding. All protective eyewear worn during welding, must also meet the ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 standard, that covers eyewear protection.
