Allegro 9872-W/O Carry-Air 2 Worker Air Filtration Panel without CO Monitor

Allegro's Carry-Air 2 Worker Air Filtration Panel converts shop air used for pneumatic tools and equipment to clean breathable air. They provide 2-worker airline respirators which is a portable source of up to 30 CFM of breathable air within a 5-125 PSI (.34-8.62 bar) range. The 3-stage filtration system purifies compressed air removing water, oil and particulate contaminants. All models meet NIOSH requirements for point-of-attachment. (Note: This monitor does not come with a CO monitor. An optional CO monitor is available for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide levels. CO monitor is used to meet OSHA requirements. Allegro air filtration panels filter impurities and hydrocarbons from an air compressor to convert to breathable air.

CONSTRUCTION:

• Housed in a portable, rugged Pelican case with carrying handle, latches for protection and security
• A 16 gauge powder coated steel stand, for support
• All brass plumbing with quick-disconnect Hansen couplers

FILTRATION SYSTEM:

• First Stage: 5 micron particulate filter element and automatic mechanical drain
• Second Stage: 0.010 micron coalescing filter element and manual drain
• Third Stage: 0.003ppm activated carbon filter element and manual drain
• Regulator: High pressure, adjusting pressure knob, 0-160 (0-11.03 bar) pressure gauge and external relief valve
• Flow Meter: Adjustable metering valve, range from 0.0-1.0 LPM
