Featuring a brand new keyless double locking function, you no longer need a key during the cuffing process and can ensure a double lock with just a press of a fingertip. A color-coded bar is present for a quick visual positive confirmation of the double lock. Additionally, the Ultra Plus handcuffs offer a conical, flat contact bow allowing the cuffs to fit a wider range of wrists and improves application speed and accuracy. Replaceable lock sets allow you to service these cuffs in the field when needed or allow you to customize them to your personal needs while being highly resistant to shimming. Customer care was great. The individual I spoke with regarding a delayed shipment kept me informed over a period of five days. He called me to let me know the reason for the delay, when the item would be shipped and when the item had shipped. The lack of transparency at checkout was a deal breaker. If you charge a customer almost $15 for 2-day shipping then it should not take a week to get the product to the customer. If it takes that long, the company broke the contract.
