New from Tingley - Phase 3 Premium high visibility jackets will keep you warm and dry in diverse weather conditions! The revolutionary 3 layer material is water resistant, breathable and insulating and is suitable for fall, winter, and spring! The stretch fabric with inner fleece layer, front hand warmer pockets and longer cut give the Phase 3 jacket all the comfort of athletic apparel, with the high visibility needed for work environments. 2" silver reflective tape offers 360 degrees of conspicuity, making the jacket ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 compliant. The flourescent yellow/green material provides excellent daytime visibility and the charcoal gray bottom hides dirt and grime.
