The ComTac III ACH headset is designed with gel ear cushions that increase comfort for long-lasting wear. Versatile boom mic that allows you the choice of mic's location and can be used on either left or right making it appropriate for both left & right shooters. Increased RF immunity for high EMI environments, salt water resistance and Rx/Tx fail safe. Innovated ear cup profile to offer a more individual fit per person and to improve comfort for a variety of tactical helmets used by military and law enforcement professionals, including the Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) or MICH Helmet. Features external microphones for "talk-thru" capability to maintain situational awareness while wearing reliable hearing protection.
Note: This is a made-to-order item and can also be constructed into a Single Comm Headset.

Bought jackets for my employees who work for me and are required to wear reflective wear while out around airplanes. The temperature is getting cooler and wetter they need jackets that keep them dry. They were appreciative to get these. Ordering to arrival was incredibly fast. The people receiving these were surprised how fast they came when I took them in to them.

When I went to your website to order the product I needed, it showed the correct photo and said nothing about the product being out of stock or discontinued. Instead of letting me know this, someone chose to send another similar part that will not work. The product I ordered wasn't expensive. In order to get them however, and meet the 50$ minimum, I purchased another item that I really did not need. When the product arrived, I contacted customer service and they promptly refunded the money for the wrong product. They provided the information that the product has been discontinued. So, in summary, I spent money that I did not want too, for a product I really didn't need and did not get what I really needed. All because the stocking/inventory system failed. The customer service representative was awesome and did evrerything he could to be helpful. So thank him for that.

Nice hearing protection

I was torn between this and the MSA Sordin Supreme Pro X, although I had never put my hands on either model it seemed that the Peltor had the upper hand. After purchasing, I have to say that I was most surprised by their size. They are small, light, and possess a low profile that makes them almost unnoticeable when wearing. Like others have said before, the microphones provide a very natural audio and it sounds like you don't have muffs on. It's weird! I purchased these to use in competition shooting when communication and spatial awareness are a must. Even though these are the most expensive set of hearing protection I've ever purchased, my career depends on my hearing and I can now enjoy my hobbies safely. The next step up is custom in the ear inserts and those are 3-4 times more expensive, so I'm glad that I made the decision to go with these. Dave was very knowledgable and confirmed that this model does come with the gel ear cups. No regrets so far, and my wife likes wearing them too!

Nothing but issues

Intermittent static, sent to 3m under warranty. They repaired it and replaced the gel cups for free but damaged the plastic housing in the process. Now the battery life has slowly diminished to less than a day of run time, sending them back again not under warranty. Since my year is up i can no longer get a refund. Should have spent 300 on a different product.

BUY IT, Stop contemplating it like I did for 2 months

Absolutely love these. Seriously I looked at buying a pair for a few weeks, and finally decided it was time. Today I got them in the mail and instantly out the box I was very pleased.
