I had a question about the products and was answered quickly and professionally. It was a great experience and look forward to doing more business with you.
Customer care was great. The individual I spoke with regarding a delayed shipment kept me informed over a period of five days. He called me to let me know the reason for the delay, when the item would be shipped and when the item had shipped. The lack of transparency at checkout was a deal breaker. If you charge a customer almost $15 for 2-day shipping then it should not take a week to get the product to the customer. If it takes that long, the company broke the contract.
