The EMI 9132 E.T.R. Basic Active Shooter, Bleed Aid Kit is perfectly designed to provide the first responder personnel with basic but essential equipment to stop patients from a life-threatening bleeding. This kit features an orange color S.T.A.T tourniquet which is quick, simple and effective. The S.T.A.T tourniquet also features a built-in timer, one-hand application, precision tightening, finger release lever and is pediatric applicable, too. Additionally, this kit includes the Molle pouch which carries EMS equipment and supplies. It can conveniently strap to backpacks, EMS/Police bicycles, belts, gurneys, etc. The Molle pouch also features a side-carrying handle that is small enough for small spaces such as vehicle compartments and cargo pockets. This kit is absolutely in great quality and is excellent for EMS, tactical or law enforcement. The Kit weighs in 1 ½ and the Molle pouch measures: 7 ½” x 6”. Available in Black color, One Size, 1 Kit Each.

I placed an order for gloves online based off the descriptions listed for the products. I ordered several products that stated "120 pairs" and "6/dozen" believing that the pricing that was listed was for 120 pairs and 6 dozen. I received order confirmations and shipping confirmations, all with the specific wording for "120 pairs" and "6/dozen" however, when the order arrived, I only received 1 dozen of each type/size glove I ordered. I reached out to see when the rest would be delivered and I was informed that there was an error on the website and the pricing I received was only for 1 dozen so that was what they sent. The solution that was offered to me was to purchase the additional gloves to reach my desired quantity or return my order for a refund. Since some of the winter gloves that I had ordered were already opened and used, I could not return them but after I mentioned "false advertising" they offered to refund the ones opened and I could return the rest. I was extremely frustrated with the fact that because they had the wrong description for the product on the website, after I placed my order they were made aware of the error and went in after the fact to change the description and update it on the website and never indicated to me that I would not receive the quantity that I expected and were not really willing to work with me to make their error right for me, only correct it for them.

Ordering and delivery were good. Only complaint, and perhaps this is lack of knowledge on my part, but the N95 masks pictures do not show which way the elastic straps run. I was looking to buy behind-the-ear straps and the ones ordered are over the head/neck straps.
