Streamlight Survivor 90545 Alkaline Model Right Angle Light, Black Color, One Size - 1 Each

The updated Streamlight Survivor 90545 Rechargeable Right Angle Light is the perfect right-angle flashlight for firefighters. They can clip it on the upper right side of their gear for hands-free use. It features a low-profile bezel that doesn’t interfere with gear and equipment and a custom-designed optic with optional interchangeable Smoke-Cutter® plugs for the preferred beam pattern: Black plug and Amber plug. The Black plug significantly reduces peripheral light for a tighter beam, and the Amber plug reduces peripheral light and eye fatigue caused by glare. It also features a spring-loaded clip that securely grabs onto belts and gear and reduces unwanted rotation. The housing, base, and battery housing of this lightweight flashlight are made from high impact super tough nylon offering that makes this flashlight durable. Additionally, this flashlight is Class I, II, Division 1 approved, CEC compliant, and meets 500°F requirements of NFPA 1971-8.6 (2013). Available in Black Color, One Size, 1 Each

I placed an order for gloves online based off the descriptions listed for the products. I ordered several products that stated "120 pairs" and "6/dozen" believing that the pricing that was listed was for 120 pairs and 6 dozen. I received order confirmations and shipping confirmations, all with the specific wording for "120 pairs" and "6/dozen" however, when the order arrived, I only received 1 dozen of each type/size glove I ordered. I reached out to see when the rest would be delivered and I was informed that there was an error on the website and the pricing I received was only for 1 dozen so that was what they sent. The solution that was offered to me was to purchase the additional gloves to reach my desired quantity or return my order for a refund. Since some of the winter gloves that I had ordered were already opened and used, I could not return them but after I mentioned "false advertising" they offered to refund the ones opened and I could return the rest. I was extremely frustrated with the fact that because they had the wrong description for the product on the website, after I placed my order they were made aware of the error and went in after the fact to change the description and update it on the website and never indicated to me that I would not receive the quantity that I expected and were not really willing to work with me to make their error right for me, only correct it for them.

Ordering and delivery were good. Only complaint, and perhaps this is lack of knowledge on my part, but the N95 masks pictures do not show which way the elastic straps run. I was looking to buy behind-the-ear straps and the ones ordered are over the head/neck straps.
