The Streamlight Vulcan 180 44311 Standard System System Div 2 Rechargeable LED Lantern with Tilting Head is a multi-function portable rechargeable LED lantern designed perfectly for one of the toughest responders, firefighters. It features a 180-degree tilting head which allows firefighters to direct the light anywhere. It also features three shock-proof white LEDs with a 50,000-hour lifetime to bring extreme brightness with two blue taillight LEDs for visibility in thick smoke. It has a flat base area that allows the light to stand for scene lighting. Its light output features two modes, high and low. High mode produces 1,200 lumens, 75,000 candela, 548m beam, and runs for 5.75 hours, and the Low mode produces 350 lumens, 22,000 candela, 296m beam, and runs for 16 hours. Wearing gloves is never a problem when operating this high-performance rechargeable LED lantern because its multi-function push-button switch is easy to use. Available in Orange Color, One Size, 1 Each.

Bought jackets for my employees who work for me and are required to wear reflective wear while out around airplanes. The temperature is getting cooler and wetter they need jackets that keep them dry. When I went to your website to order the product I needed, it showed the correct photo and said nothing about the product being out of stock or discontinued. Instead of letting me know this, someone chose to send another similar part that will not work. The product I ordered wasn't expensive. In order to get them however, and meet the 50$ minimum, I purchased another item that I really did not need. When the product arrived, I contacted customer service and they promptly refunded the money for the wrong product. They provided the information that the product has been discontinued. So, in summary, I spent money that I did not want too, for a product I really didn't need and did not get what I really needed. All because the stocking/inventory system failed. The customer service representative was awesome and did evrerything he could to be helpful. So thank him for that.
