The website said 1 day when ordering, the reason we purchased from you. It's been 14 days and we still don't have it. The other issue is you were not the lowest priced. I called customer service and they answered my questions but did not seem concerned at all. Actually I remember hearing a snicker or light laugh.
EnviroSafety has been my go to for certain ppe items for years. I've found their products to be of excellent quality and affordable too. My orders have always been processed and shipped quickly as well.
I had no issues. Email updates on shipping and order confirmation are much appreciated. Good prices. Will order again if need be.

Customer care was great. The individual I spoke with regarding a delayed shipment kept me informed over a period of five days. He called me to let me know the reason for the delay, when the item would be shipped and when the item had shipped. The lack of transparency at checkout was a deal breaker. If you charge a customer almost $15 for 2-day shipping then it should not take a week to get the product to the customer. If it takes that long, the company broke the contract.
Easy to find what I needed. I will use enviro safety again.
