Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, complete the RMA Request Form.  If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Items approved for return must be shipped back within 30 days.  Please note that returns need to be sent to the address provided by your account manager or customer service representative.  If our sales staff or warehouse staff made a shipping error, the return will be shipped back at our expense; otherwise, returns are shipped at your expense.  Returned items are subject to inspection prior to credit/refund.  Returns over $10,000 require executive approval.  You can also contact us with any return question via contactus@envirosafety.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note:

  • Defective items, where the product is not working properly, require a warranty claim be made with the manufacturer.
  • Damaged products, where the item was damaged in transit, require that a damage claim be made with the shipper.
  • Damaged shipments, where the packaging but not the product was damaged in transit, are not returnable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Please note:

  • Made to order and custom items are not returnable, including but not limited to logo’d items, special order items, made to order items, custom-made items, bunker coats & pants, wildland gear, demo and stenciled fire hose, custom badges & seals and custom-sized apparel.
  • Clearance items are not returnable, clearance sales are final.
  • Discontinued items are not returnable.
  • Non-stock items are only returnable with the supplier or manufacturer’s return approval.
  • Non-stock liquid, gaseous and hazardous items, including but not limited to lithium ion batteries and gas products, are not returnable to our facility.
  • These are also not returnable: fire hose, fire helmets, headsets, clothing that has been tried on, all items with opened product packaging, opened respirator boxes, opened PAPR units, partial cases in different return unit of measure than purchased unit of measure and pandemic/epidemic/natural-disaster related items including covid items.
  • DISPOSABLE RESPIRATOR/MASK ORDERS ARE FINAL, NON-RETURNABLE, NON-CANCELABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE THEY HAVE SHIPPED.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, a restocking fee up to 25%, including the restocking fee and shipping fee assessed by the vendor, may be passed through to you.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
