In 1997 a retired couple in Central California started the business with a website - EnviroSafetyProducts.com - primarily selling 3M safety products. They stocked their garage and started taking orders. But that became more than the part-time gig they wanted. They eventually sold the business to a local safety distributor, and a few years later, in 2010, he sold the business to the current owners.
Enviro’s main office is now in Santa Clarita, CA. The website now sells 40,000 products from 250 different safety brands. A staff of 25 Account Managers build relationships with customers over the phone. And more than 30,000 customers order from the company annually.
