The Standard Abrasives™ General Purpose Plus Wheel is a convolute wheel that winds an open web of abrasive grain, nylon fibers and resin around a core. The wheel provides excellent durability for the toughest edge and flat surface deburring applications. It's great for medium to heavy burr removal on parts with heavy edges and turbine blades. It may also be used for machine and belt mark blending, as well as fine finishing on parts like surgical tools.
The wheel utilizes either silicon carbide or aluminum oxide – and are available in medium to hard densities, ranging from 8 to 10. Together, these properties combine to cut aggressively, maintain wheel shape and stand up to edges. Nylon fibers in the open web break down while deburring the surface, exposing fresh, sharp mineral. The wheel breakdown contributes to consistent cutting action. Gaps between the nylon fibers allow swarf and debris to escape, keeping the mineral sharp and preventing blunt or dull edges that might gouge or blemish the surface of the workpiece. Subsequently, smear resistant finishes result.

As a convolute wheel, the Standard Abrasives™ General Purpose Plus Wheel should run at recommended operating speeds, using low to medium pressure, and in the direction of the arrow imprinted on the wheel. Following these recommended measures will help to ensure operator safety and optimal performance of the wheel. Using lubricants may also help wash away unwanted swarf and debris and keep the abrasive running cool. The wheel may be used on straight shaft stationary and portable tools, feed through machines and automated equipment. The versatile range of tools that the wheel may be used with gives operators an added level of flexibility and convenience, as they may manipulate the wheel to meet their unique project needs.

Bought jackets for my employees who work for me and are required to wear reflective wear while out around airplanes. The temperature is getting cooler and wetter they need jackets that keep them dry. They were appreciative to get these. Ordering to arrival was incredibly fast. The people receiving these were surprised how fast they came when I took them in to them.
The fast shipping was the 2nd most impressive piece. The quality of the products are very high and pleasing as well.
When I went to your website to order the product I needed, it showed the correct photo and said nothing about the product being out of stock or discontinued. Instead of letting me know this, someone chose to send another similar part that will not work. The product I ordered wasn't expensive. In order to get them however, and meet the 50$ minimum, I purchased another item that I really did not need. When the product arrived, I contacted customer service and they promptly refunded the money for the wrong product. They provided the information that the product has been discontinued. So, in summary, I spent money that I did not want too, for a product I really didn't need and did not get what I really needed. All because the stocking/inventory system failed. The customer service representative was awesome and did evrerything he could to be helpful. So thank him for that.

Item took longer than advertised to ship. Once item arrived, it was determined to be incorrect size. I have reached out to Customer Service to initiate an exchange but no one has gotten back to me.
gloves are tight considering they are an extra large. i will be sending them back.
This site is listed on the 3M website as an official distributor. Product was reasonably priced, additional shipping charge wasn't that much, it shipped extremely fast (faster than estimate) and arrived decently packaged. The packaging couldn't be waterproofed, which I would have liked, but the boxes inside were undamaged. The delivery person, who is outside the companies control, sent me a picture that did not show the delivery. The post-purchase prompting for these reviews is a bit much, however. One message asking politely is standard, but I have received several at this point, so this is me leaving a review.

Good fast service
Website was easy to navigate and order from. Turns out the size of the item I purchased was made to order not going to reach me in the initially stated timeframe and unfortunately not available until after the date I needed it by. The folks at EnviroSafetyProducts.com were very responsive, helpful and even cheerful in helping me cancel the order and getting a full refund. BEST customer service I've experienced online in a very long time if not ever. They will definitely be the first place I look next time I need a piece of safety equipment.
I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of delivery and the product. As a woman who is dealing with two cancers ( breast and CLL) it is important for me to feel safe IF I must go out in public during Covid/flu/RSV season and these are medical n95 masks not the fake stuff or industrial masks.
