Seam Styles and Protection Levels
Serged Seam
An economical stitching method for general applications. Serged seams have two pieces of material with a thread that interlocks. Commonly used on limited use clothing where dry particulates are a concern.

Bound Seam
Bound seams join two pieces of material with an overlay of similar material and is chain stitched through all the layers for a clean finished edge. This stitching provides an increased holdout of liquids and dry particulates.

MicroMax Coveralls:
Microporous protection from dirt, grease, grime and light chemical splash Micro Max NS Coveralls offer economical protection in work environments where hazardous or non-hazardous contaminants may be present. These coveralls are lightweight and feature a high MVTR for breathable, all day comfort. MicroMax NS is strong wet or dry, perfect for work environments where dirt, grime, splashes and spills are present. Available in: Coveralls, Lab Coats

SafeGard Coveralls:
Breathable, 3 layer protection against dry particles and water-based liquids SafeGard disposable coveralls can be used in work environments where hazardous or non-hazardous contaminants may be present. The 2 outer layers are made of spun-bounded filaments protect against treating and abrasion. The inner layer is of melt-blown polypropylene microfibers that filter out harmful particulates and liquids. Available in: Coveralls

Affordable protection against particulate and water-based fluid protection PE-coated spunbound fabric acts as a particulate barrier providing maximum fluid protection. Polypropylene Coveralls:
Affordable protection against particulates such as dirt and grime Polypropylene is a breathable material that can be worn around hazardous and non-hazardous contaminants. Pyrolon Plus 2 Coveralls:
Flame retardant finish with protection against particulates, water and oils Pyrolon Plus 2 disposable coveralls are perfect to use over thermally protective and arc flash protective clothing. These coveralls offer superior wet or dry strength with flame retardancy. Can be used in work environments where hazardous or non-hazardous contaminants may be present. Do not use for fire protection. Avoid open flame or intense heart. Not washable. Washing removes the flame retardancy, water and oil repellent characteristics.

Tychem QC Coveralls
Lightweight splash protection from inorganic acids and other liquid chemicals Tychem QC coveralls is a combination of Tyvek fabric and 1.25 mil coating of polyethylene. These coveralls are an economical solution for industrial plants and chemical cleanup operations. Can be used in work environments where hazardous or non-hazardous contaminants may be present. Bloodborne Coveralls
Protection against body fluids, bloodborne pathogens and chemical splash These bloodborne coveralls feature a 3 layer fabric with a middle layer of microporous film that allows heat and swat vapor to escape while protecting against dry particulate and liquids. Bloodborne coveralls pass ASTM F1670-1671 testing for penetration of blood, body fluids and bloodborne pathogens.
