Standards development efforts have come up with a standard for Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) which 3M has focused putting the best technology together to not only create a PAPR system you need, but the insurance you expect.

The 3M Versaflo Formaldehyde/HEPA Cartridge TR-6350N can be used with any TR-600/800 PAPR. Formulated for use as both a High Efficiency (HE) particulate filter and Formaldehyde (FM) cartridge. Used for a variety of operations where its primary hazard is particulate and formaldehyde gas. Applications and industries for this filter include preservative operations where formalin is handled. It is recommended for use with the TR-6300FC filter cover to help protect the filter/cartridge from physical damage. The TR-6300FC filter cover doubles its use as a holder for the TR-6600 prefilter or TR-662 spark arrestor to maintain in place. Choose the TR-632 High Capacity Battery for maximum PAPR system run time. NIOSH approved.
