This Water Fire Extinguisher features a 50 second discharge time which is effective for use on Class A Fires. This extinguisher utilizes the cooling, soaking and penetrating effect of a 45-55 ft. stream of water. Constructed of a polished stainless steel cylinder with an all metal valve. Water Fire Extinguishers won't leave a powder residue after use and are extremely easy to use.
For the following types of fires: Class A - Ordinary Combustibles: wood, paper, rubber, fabrics and many plastics.
- UL Rating: 2A
- 2.5 Gallon Class A Extinguisher
- Polished stainless steel cylinders with wall brackets
Temperature range for this model is 40°F to 120°F.
Note: Model 240 may be freeze protected to -40° by adding a model 506 Anti-Freeze Charge.
