Order Policy


Shopping:
Shopping is easy at Enviro Safety Products. We have designed the website to be very simple to use. You can either click the categories on top navigation, or enter a keyword of the item you need in our search box. When you find the item you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart. When you have completed shopping, click the checkout button to pay for your purchase. Enviro Safety Products accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. We also accept payment by check with all mail in orders.

At Enviro Safety Products, we do our best to provide the most accurate and timely information on our products and services. Due to the fact that our site uses a very high degree of electronics automation, software, and human contact, it is possible that an occasional error or errors may appear on our site. In the event of such error(s), Enviro Safety Products has the absolute right to disallow any transaction by a user of the Enviro Safety Products' business or website, in which Enviro Safety would be adversely affected. That may include the cancellation of order(s) placed with our company, as well as the cancellation of an order(s) following its shipment and/or receipt by our customer(s).

Restock Policy
Products must be received IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Sales Tax:
Local Sales Tax
If the order is shipped within the state of California , the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total excluding the amount of the shipping charge. Please contact us or call 1.800.637.6606 prior to placing your order if you are sales tax exempt and located in California.

We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of the state of California.

Tax Exempt
Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Once approved, customers may make tax-exempt purchases on behalf of their organizations online at www.EnviroSafetyProducts.com.

Special Orders:
Items marked as "Special order" items, typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse locations, as they are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks in some cases. Please ask our customer service department for more details. Due to the nature of these products any cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.

APO/FPO:
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Enviro Safety Products will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support if additional freight is applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Enviro Safety Products is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations.

Please adhere to the following steps when entering a military address:
  • Shippping Method: USPS Priority Mail only
  • Enter Grade/Rank/Rating and full name in the "Name" field
  • Enter Unit number, CM Room Number, PSC Number in the "Address" field
  • Enter APO (FPO) in the "City" Field
  • Enter AE (AA/AP/FP) in the "State" Field
  • Enter the zip code in the "Zip" Field


International Orders:
We ship most of our products worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders can be calculated prior to checkout. Please note customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (customs, duties, brokerage fee, taxes, etc.).

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.

Purchase Orders & Net Terms:
Enviro Safety Products accepts purchase orders and net terms accounts to qualifying businesses, government and educational institutions and organizations. Please fax your Purchase Order along with your Company's standard credit application to 559-651-1320. If you don't have a credit application to send with your purchase order, please complete our Enviro Safety Products Credit Application or request it here via our online form. In general, we only provide credit terms to those customers who have history with our company prior to applying for credit OR who's companies have exemplary credit histories already established. Regardless, please do not hesitate to fill out the credit application and email us with your details, order needs and we'll be happy to help you out.
