We engineer 3M™ Fibre Disc 381C by adhering aluminum oxide mineral to a fibre backing. The closed coat construction on 3M™ Fibre Disc 381C means mineral grains cover nearly 100% of the backing, so the abrasive is durable under pressure. The stiff fibre backing is extremely durable, withstanding wear, while standing up to tough applications like beveling.
Tips for Optimal Use
Altogether, fiber discs are durable abrasive discs that deliver a fast cut for grinding and weld removal, and they come in a range of sizes to correspond to large or small welds. Fiber discs also work well for blending (creating a smooth surface after weld removal) and provide a consistent finish over the workpiece. These discs may be used with portable tools, facilitating easier access with the workpiece. For optimal performance, the disc should be used with a face plate of the appropriate density for the application—a lighter density face plate for finer grade applications and a harder density face plate for more coarse grinding applications. Using the correct face plate for the application ensures that the abrasive mineral will re sharpen, maximizing the life of the abrasive.

The website said 1 day when ordering, the reason we purchased from you. It's been 14 days and we still don't have it. The other issue is you were not the lowest priced. I called customer service and they answered my questions but did not seem concerned at all. Actually I remember hearing a snicker or light laugh.
EnviroSafety has been my go to for certain ppe items for years. I've found their products to be of excellent quality and affordable too. My orders have always been processed and shipped quickly as well.

Customer care was great. The individual I spoke with regarding a delayed shipment kept me informed over a period of five days. He called me to let me know the reason for the delay, when the item would be shipped and when the item had shipped. The lack of transparency at checkout was a deal breaker. If you charge a customer almost $15 for 2-day shipping then it should not take a week to get the product to the customer. If it takes that long, the company broke the contract.
Easy to find what I needed. I will use enviro safety again.
