The 3M Versaflo TR-371+ PAPR Filter Cover for the TR-300+ Series is a purpose-built replacement accessory designed to help keep compatible TR-3700 Series filters securely positioned on a 3M Versaflo TR-300+ powered air purifying respirator system. Unlike a respirator filter itself, the TR-371+ is a filter cover that supports proper filter retention and helps protect the filter when the PAPR is stored or not in use. Its integrated quick-view window allows users to see the filter label without removing the cover, which can make equipment identification and routine respiratory protection inspections more convenient. The cover is designed for use with compatible 3M Versaflo TR-3712E, TR-3802E and TR-3822E filters, making it a practical replacement component for facilities that maintain PAPR equipment and need dependable replacement parts. A common buyer question is whether the TR-371+ provides respiratory protection on its own; it does not—the cover is an accessory, while respiratory protection is provided by the properly configured and maintained PAPR system and approved filter assembly. Another important question is whether the cover should remain installed during work: 3M specifies that the filter cover should be removed before using the turbo unit or respirator, so it should be treated as a storage and filter-protection component rather than a cover for use while wearing the respirator. This 3M Versaflo filter cover is particularly useful for construction, welding, metal fabrication, painting, manufacturing, mechanical work and facility maintenance applications where PAPR equipment may be exposed to dust, debris and other workplace contaminants between uses. It can also support organized respiratory protection programs by making filter labels easier to identify during inspection, replacement and equipment servicing. The TR-371+ is not interchangeable with every Versaflo filter cover, so buyers should verify the PAPR model and filter part number before ordering to ensure proper compatibility. For safety professionals searching for a 3M TR-371+ replacement filter cover, TR-300+ PAPR filter accessory or Versaflo TR-3700 Series filter cover, this component provides a straightforward equipment-maintenance solution from the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection platform.
