Free standing, pedestal mounted Guardian eye wash station. The eye wash station has a stainless steel cover to protect bowl from dust, dirt and other contaminants. Two GS-Plus spray-type spray heads deliver a flood of water for rinsing eyes. Each head has an internal flow control and filter to remove impurities from the water flow. Stainless steel bowl cover is raised automatically when flag handle is activated. Cover closes when handle is returned to closed position. Includes ANSI-compliant identification sign.

Valve, bowl and spray head assembly is factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment for quality assurance.
